We use Lync for our online training and conferences with partner companies. Internally, we use link to manage our phones and contacts - and for real time collaboration with our onsite classes. Lync is integrated with our Office products (Word & Excel) to allow collaboration for sharing documents which manage our voucher codes and other marketing materials.

CertificationCamps has developed a comprehensive training format which focuses on learning beyond the core content accessible to any Microsoft training provider. Our program incorporates interactive demonstrations with explanations which go beyond the content of the book. Additional content, videos, labs & demonstrations are provided to expand on advanced topics - providing additional insight and perspective.
As a Microsoft Certified Partner with Gold Learning Competency - we adhere to the strict guidelines, standards and requirements to use Microsoft's exclusive curriculum. Our standards go beyond the "minimum requirements" set forth by Microsoft.
We leverage our partnership benefits of courseware customization to build end to end technology solutions. The idea is for students to leave with practical skills which can be implemented immediately when leave class.
Our training program offers solutions before the course by providing you with pre-study materials / pre-class remote lab access, during the course with industry leading instructors and after the course with continued access to the lab environment.
Additionally, we limit our class sizes to 12 students with an average class size of 8. The instructor to student ratio is an important aspect of the learning environment and strict self-imposed rule of our organization.
We use Microsoft Courseware covering information specific to the exams. Additionally, our instructors are all certified as Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). Several of our instructors also hold the premier Microsoft Certified Learning Consultant (MCLC) certification awarded only to MCTs who demonstrate real world consulting services to clients.
Prior to offering a bootcamp on our schedule - hundreds of hours are dedicated to
-- Constructing the content and layout of the course
-- Prepping the lecture materials
-- Developing, evaluating and testing labs
-- Researching additional resources to value add to the course
-- Studying and passing the corresponding Microsoft exams
We do this to provide our students with the very best training solution possible.
Our facilities are second to none. We use top end computer equipment - 22in monitors, Intel i7 (Second Generation) cpu's with Virtualization processors, 16 gb of memory. What makes us different? Quality of training, state of the art facilities, newer equipment, better location and higher end lodging.
Facilities - Many of our competitors over-crowd classrooms by placing 2 to 3 students per desk. Often they try to extend the life of very old equipment with lag and slow performance on the software used today. Our facilities have the best equipment and provide the most comfort of any environment.

Instructors - Our CEO, Chester Flake holds one of the rarest Microsoft Certifications - the Microsoft Certified Learning Consultant (MCLC) Certification. This certification reflects our company commitment to make sure our instructors are also actively engaged in real world consulting projects.
When you get ready to register for a class - ask these questions -
Will you provide me the BIO of the instructor who will teach my course?
How many students will attend this course, do you have a upper limit you can guarantee?
What type of equipment will be used in class?
Where is the lodging, can you provide pictures of the area?
Get these answers from us and our competitors - we are confident you'll find us to have the answers you want to hear!
