Course Description
While attending this 5 day instructor-led official GitHub bootcamp, students will first build a strong foundation with GH-100: GitHub Administration, where they’ll learn how to manage GitHub organizations, repositories, permissions, licensing, and identity at the enterprise level. Students will master version control best practices — including branches, pull requests, and workflows — and understand how to support users, set access policies, and integrate GitHub in their DevOps pipeline. By the end of GH-100, attendees will understand how to deploy and govern GitHub in a secure, scalable way that aligns with industry standards for administration and compliance.
The GH-200, GH-300, and GH-500 will take students deeper into automation, AI-assisted development, and security. In GH-200 (GitHub Actions) they’ll gain skills to design, build, and maintain automated workflows and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitHub Actions events, secrets, and environments for streamlined builds and deployments. GH-300 (GitHub Copilot) focuses on productivity through generative AI: learning how to choose the right Copilot plan, integrate it into different environments, use prompt engineering, and responsibly apply AI tools while understanding their governance and ethical implications. Finally, in GH-500 (GitHub Advanced Security) students will explore how to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle by configuring secret scanning, code scanning (including CodeQL), dependency review, and policy enforcement; they’ll also learn how to monitor, report, and respond to vulnerabilities before code is deployed.

While attending this 5 day course - the 5th day is dedicated for students to take one or more of the official exams. Students will be provided with exam vouchers for all exams - regardless of how many are taken on the final day of camp or at a later time. Our training and certification program maintains the highest pass rate of any Microsoft Official Training provider.
Certification Camps training is not the typical PowerPoint & Lecture presentation training center.
Certification Camps has developed a comprehensive training / delivery format which focuses on learning beyond the core content accessible to any Microsoft training provider. Our program incorporates interactive demonstrations with explanations which go beyond the content of the book. Additional content, videos, labs & demonstrations are provided to expand on advanced topics - providing additional insight and perspective.

With many training centers - learning starts on the first day of class and ends on the last day. Our boot camp training program is designed to offer resources before, during and after the training event.
CERTIFICATION CAMPS FACILITIES
CAMPUS - Certification Camps built out a stand alone training center (not a hotel conference room) with spacious classrooms, new desk, Herman Miller Aeron chairs & comfortable common areas. Each student has a dedicated desk with two monitors. Each classroom has a maximum of two rows - so everyone is able to be engaged without the "back row" feeling. 
CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT - Classrooms are equipped with everything needed for training including high performance computers, dual monitors and individual desk for each student - All Labs are executed the extremely fast Microsoft Data Center Hosted Lab Environment .
CAMPUS INTERNET - The campus is connected with a 10 Gig Verizon Fios Business Connection which provides fast, reliable internet (including VPN) access for students.
COMMON AREA - Amenties including snacks, drinks (Coffee, 100% juices, sodas, etc) all complimentary.
LODGING - We use the Hyatt Place Lakewood Ranch. This "upgraded" hotel offers extremely comfortable beds, great breakfast and very fast internet access.
NEAR BY - Many shops, restaurants and grocery options are available within walking distance. Additionally - the hotel provided scheduled shuttle services. Restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, Panera Bread, Bone Fish Grill, Ruby Tuesday's, Five Guys, Chipotle, Chili's and over 20 additional choices in the immediate area.
