• Troubleshooting (12%): diagnosing and resolving deployment problems, network connectivity faults, security incidents including leaked credentials and privilege escalation, service disruptions across DNS, DHCP and NTP, and the misconfigurations that cause most of the above.
• DevOps Fundamentals (10%): automation tooling to streamline operations, source control and managing code, building and running CI/CD pipelines, system integration, the DevOps tools this exam names directly including Kubernetes, Ansible and Jenkins, and event-driven architectures for cloud applications.
